Cherry Hill Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Frustrating and falling apart Cherry Hill New Jersey!!. I am in the midst of an extremely frustrating experience with service at this dealership. This is my third visit to find out why the engine light keeps coming on — after spending about $800 on maintenance service just a couple of weeks ago. They said the computer at that time didn’t indicate a pin p***k in an air pollution device. They “fixed” it. The light came on again. They said there was something wrong with the gas cap. They “fixed” it. The light came on again. They say now that the vapor lines leading from the fuel pump are cracked and leaking and want to charge me a fortune to fix it. The saddest part is that there were small hints that service was deteriorating here and I guess I ignored them. After an oil change, the oil light was not reset. After a tire rotation, the Jeep steered to the left. They fixed these issues quickly but this current mess, which has taken me away from work, is over the top. I used to trust it. No more. I will find an option and downloaded a complaint form from the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs which has been very interested in auto repair scams lately.
