Chevron/Synchrony Bank Did NOT close our account Nationwide!!. I paid my account in full in Marrch of 2016. I told customer service to permenatly close the account. Now, this month I received a new bill for $$38.95. When I called – customer service could not explain the charge nor why they account had not been closed. I have paid the amount & written them a letter stating that the charge is fraudlant.
