The short black girl on grill at the time spit on the grill and sneezed several times and when I ordered meat they were out of she yelled at me to leave. I asked to speak to her manager and she called me a d*ke and my friend a [censored]. Someone needs to talk to her because her behavior is inappropriate. While making food another friend told me she would whisper to her self and said she was a witch and could curse you.

To whom it may concern, On Monday July 10th I went to lunch with my friend at chipotle on bald hill road with warwick Rhode Island. I ordered a salad with just vegetables pico de gallo salsa and corn. When I was ordering my friend had to wait for more chicken to be cooked so I ended up paying before her. When I got to the register they asked me if I wanted anything else and I said no. They told me my total was $7.30. I inserted my card and paid. when I friend got to the front they said she was covered because she had to wait longer for her food. It was extremely nice! However, this morning I looked at my bank account and found out that I was charged double. I got charged $14.69. I am a recent graduate school graduate with very little income. This amount of money is valuable to me. It upsets me that I was actually charged more than I was told. Due to this inconvenience I would appreciate it if I could get compensated for this mistake on chipotles behalf. Thank you, Julia

They play a song that completely promotes murder! While I was sitting down trying to eat my burrito and trying to stay positive because life is already hard enough. I kept hearing this song using the word MURDER over and over again! Worst choice for a song to play while I go into a large corporate food chain. You wanna keep my business. Dont promote MURDER in your establishment! EASY NOT TO DO! TAKE IT OFF THE PLAYLIST NOW!!! IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS ITS OFFENSIVE> TAKE. IT. OFF!

So I purchase a double chicken with tomatoes brown rice corn double chicken and cheese and when I got home my food was nasty my chicken was burned and the tomatoes have the core still on the tomatoes. I took it back and showed the manager she told me she was sorry about that and just gave me my money back and did not ask if she could remake it. the manager name was Yanira Romas. This is the second time that me and my family went to this place and had bad service. they really need to clean it up if they want people to return there.

Visit to “Chipotle – 9930 Glades Rd Ste F8, Boca Raton, FL 33434” (Jan. 5, 2020 ~ 8:00 pm). I have never had such a bad experieince at Chipotle, ever, and I go weekly (although rarely to this specific location). When we first arrived the front doors were locked during operating hours and we had to have a patron open it for us. They started to make my 3 bowls, when I asked for chicken, they stated it was not ready. So my bowls sat for about 5 minutes getting cold while the steak I also ordered got cold while waiting for the chicken to be finished. They were also chipping ice out of the bottom of the serving tray cooler under the salsa launching ice into all the adjacent condiments (not very appetizing). When I ordered 2 bags of chips and guacamole, I was told they had no chips, so I left the guacamoles behind since I had no chips to go with it. Mind you this was about 2 hours before closing time.. I asked if it was typical to not have chips available 2 hours before closing. The cashier seemed unappoligetic and blamed a “new manager” for the error. Upon filling our drinks, we found out that the ice machine had no ice left. When I took my food home, (a 5 minute drive) all of the bowls were cold as ice and every one of them had extremely undercooked and chalky, hard rice which had to be microwaved in order to be close to edible. The steak was not as good and tender as it usually is either. It would seem that this “new manager” may need to get with the Chipotle program. It will likely be a while before I visit this location again. If I had the time, I would have driven back and demanded a refund, but we were all hungry and dealt with it. A few free entree vouchers would be appreciated for this terrible experience. Thank you – RM

The size of the chicken was ridiculously small, also there was barely any of it in my bowl. When I get a chicken bowl I expect to get what I am paying for. Also 2 bowls that I ordered, also with guacamole and chips was put in one bag without the handle. The bag had ripped and and my food spilled everywhere. This was a very upsetting situation. Just a waste of money.

The last time I visited Chipotle (Liberia Rd. location, Manassas, VA), as I was eating my chicken bowl, I crunched down on a small pebble, as well as a gritty substance! I assumed the gritty stuff was dirt, though I haven”t been to the dentist yet to see if my tooth was cracked and the grit was tooth related. So far, it doesn”t appear to have affected any of my teeth. I am sending a picture of the small rock as well as the receipt with the location/time. I circled the item that contained the pebble…chicken bowl with extra chicken. See below.

this is the third time i have left the St.Charles IL location unsatisfied with my service. At each visit they never fill my bowls completely and are very ignorant about the products. especially today when a third of my bowl was completely empty and i even paid for extra guacamole. And then my second bowl was missing cheese, even after i asked the server, “did you put cheese”, he said yes so i opened it up and the cheese was missing. this continues to happen every visit. i pay for the product, therefore i would like a full bowl. my last visit i even paid for extra meat since you guys have teenagers filling up bowls that make customers unsatified. i will no longer be going to any chipotle unless some changes are made. my hard earned money will not be spent on something i only get half of when i can purchase food somewhere else for much cheaper. yours truly, an unsatisfied customer.

Today I visited Chipotle on 32 Wilson Ave in Hanover PA 17331. We walk up to the place you order food where you can see through the glass at rice, beans, meat etc. It was bare to the bones. The only thing that had a decent amount( less than half full) was chicken, rice and red tomato fresh salsa. The rest of the items had to be scrapped out of the pan. There was no one cooking food on the grill behind the counter to replenish. My husband and I ordered 2 bowls and a chicken burrito for our son. I still ordered so I didn”t create a scene in the store. All the other customers that came in after us just looked in the food wells and kinda had the same look on there face as we did. I spent $21.63. Order # 209 Host was Joseph( Who kept picking up chips and putting salsa and food on them from the wells you serve customers from and eating them in the customers view… GROSSSS WITH GLOVES HE PROBABLY DIDN”T CHANGE). Time was 1:43pm 5-17-17. There was another associate who came from the back who tall and picked up a chip and put it right in his mouth in front of the serving counter. The female associate with reddish brown hair who made our food then walked over to the fountain drink area made drink, drank it in front of machine and returned to work with the same gloves on. I am so disgusted and disgraced at how this store is ran. It was still lunch time food wells empty( I have pics i will be posting to sites) and associate who have poor service and are running your establishment right into the ground!! This was second time in a row when we visited around 9:30 PM in chipotle (Melbourne florida) and they were out of most of the items. First time when we complained, the manager asked the employee to refill the items from stock. But yesterday when we asked for salsa, corn and onions/pepper, their look was rude and they suggested either take it or leave but they cannot do any thing. We like vegetarian bowls and when you are out of most of the vegetarian item. They should have informed before starting with the order. Also the closing hours is 11PM, so they should not run out of stuff at 10 PM. We want a refund because we did not liked the combination we ate without items we like in chipotle and also it happened second time. I am attaching the copy of invoice. She terminated me because I came to work and my foot swelled up on me and I could not continue to work I was coming off of working 2 double shifts during the weekend so I was tired no one asked me about the schedule for next week they just threw on there knowing that I have a bad foot and back Knowing that I let them know that before I was hired I what hurt for 2 years prior to working at chipotle because of a car accident after she terminated Sam that’s the managers name she knew I had worked overtime and she only put me down for 52 hours I have my pay slips too with my overtime hours on them and she mails my check to the wrong address so I was not able to move in my new apartment and I’m now homeless still and forced to move back Georgia because I did not get paid at all yesterday on the day I supposed to be paid I don’t know when I’m going to get my money on my card but I know I have nothing now and I will be suing chipotle for pain and suffering
