Christine completed her Bachelor‚Äôs degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and then her Master‚Äôs Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. She has 12 years of community services and counseling experience across a variety of treatment settings to include; dual diagnosis, mental health, substance use and forensic residential treatment, detoxification facilities, hospital-based PHP and IOP programming and community-based services. Christine serves adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups in the following areas: addictive behaviors and substance use, self-esteem, parent/child and partner relational problems, mood disorders, continuity of care and step-down stabilization, SPMI, anxiety, anger and stress management, PTSD adjustments and struggles. Christine is eclectic, humorous and uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Reality Based, Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation and Psycho-education. She also uses a holistic and strengths-based approach by exploring with and educating clients about how mind, spirit and body are interconnected.
