Respected sir On 2019 march 24 I had booked an air ticket through the online website called “city booker” I booked the wanted ticket and also paid for it through a credit card then they informed me that within 24 hours they will get me my ticket and sent me a booking number “cb2186837” still they didn”t send me the ticket. I sent them various e-mails but never got a reply from them yet. Since it”s a cheating work done by a team, I kindly request you to take an action as it”s our responsibility to not let anyone else get into the same matter as I got in. How are we supposed to inform this to the authorities of uae and kuwait? As the website is representing those countries it even spoils the name of these beautiful countries. I was about to take the ticket which is abu-dhabi to colombo. Through srilankan airlines i”m legit trying to inform about this matter to the authority. Thank you, regards G. Terrible and very frustrating experience. They cancelled our booking confirmation due to technical issues and promised to process the refund but no immediate action at all. In addition to that, nobody responds to my emails and nobody from their “24/7 hotline” actually picks up the phone. I hope you realize how much inconvenience and frustration this gives your customers. You are supposed to help out people and not make them suffer. People book with you to get away from stress but you”re not really helping with that, unfortunately. I do hope you learn to value people”s time and money. Really disappointing.

This the worst experience in my whole life, I booked 5 tickets but unfortunately, by mistake I swapped the distension of departure . I called them in the same time to cancel the tickets and re book again, I spent more than 4 hours calling them on number 1800015 till finally someone picked up the phone. The agent who answered my call told me that I will get the refund within 21 days though I paid by K-net, that was in March 15, I called again then the agent asked me to mail my name and account number and promised the will be credited to my account within 7 days, till today 14 April I didn”t get my money back. This is a Fraud site, never replies to customers, take money without issuing tickets, steal customer money, plays with your information, I was very surprised today when arriving to Amman airport that my tkt was change by company staff and downgraded to economy, after Avery long international call from Amman, Jordan, I was directed by the operation manager to upgrade to business and send the recipient for refund. This has caused lots of inconvenience to me in addition to more than an hr to fix the problem, I requested a refund promised by them without any success, they do not even care to reply.

This company is a complete fraud. Please do not deal with them. I made a booking from them and had to cancel well ahead of time for personal reasons. They sent me an email confirming cancellation and saying that the refund will be made with 15 to 30 working days. This was about 40 days back. Now the agent told me that they are unable to make a refund to credit card!!! That itself shows that there is no intention to refund and that the company is a fraud and is setup only as a cheating mechanism. They offered to send me travel coupons which I can use on any airline, any day and at any time. I company which cannot make a credit card refund expects me to believe they can issue a travel coupon!!! Pathetic!!

We have cancelled ticket on June 12, 2018 and booked another one. We received confirmation e-mail on 12/June/2018 that the cancellation charges will be 500SR and the balance will re fund within 35 working days. NOW 5 MONTHS ARE OVER.
