I work with girls and women ages 13 and up, in an atmosphere of empathy, collaboration and respect. My strength is my ability to provide warmth, support, insight, and strategies to help you change how you think and what you do. I employ an integrative approach, using a variety of sound therapeutic techniques and interventions. Among these are Choice Theory, CBT, strengths-based, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. I’m especially passionate about working with older adults and will make home visits if need be. I have worked with a broad range of people and issues.
