I have vast individual psychotherapy experience working with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, addictions, anger management, stress management, goal setting, trauma and life transitions. A quote from Buddhist scholar that I love is by B. Alan Wallace, he states, “We’re living in a world that contributes in a major way to mental fragmentation, disintegration, distraction and incoherence”. With being trained in Wellness, Burnout Prevention & Mindfulness Strategies, I believes that a willingness to experience psychological events (thoughts, feelings, memories) without having to avoid them or let them unduly influence behavior is to obtain true psychological acceptance.I have a warm energy that is welcoming as I guide my clients through a journey of unbiased discussions and empathy. Therapy Models practiced are: Person-Centered Approach, Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) Mindfulness and 12 Step work.
