Respected Sir, I had booked air Sahara ticket (Delhi – Bangalore 1st Jan 2007, e-ticket) from cleartrip.com. But due to bad weather the flight got cancelled and I was told that i”ll get my refund from cleartrip.com. I sent the details to cleartrip with scan copy of my e-ticket which was endosed by air sahara staff.It has been almost 8 months and i have not received my refund yet. I have called them several times and every time i call them they say that it will be done within a week. But when i called them day before yesterday again, they said they have not received a scan copy of e-ticket from me. But luckily i had all the mails that i had sent them and their acknowledgment in my mailbox and when I told them that if you have not received my e-ticket copy then why have you sent me an acknowledgment , the person on the phone ” oh my mistake just overlooked your mail, we have received it”. But now they are giving another excuse that there is no air sahara stamp on the scan copy. What I want to ask is when the ticket is signed by the official why do they need a stamp.And if this was a problem why didn”t they tell me this for last 8 months.In addition to this I want to say that there were two tickets booked for the same flight from mail id harikrishan.[protected]@gm.com (one in name of HariKrishan raina and other Hemant Pandita) and both of them were endosed the same way after flight got cancelled, then why could they make a refund for one (HariKrishan raina) and not for other (Hemant Pandita). regards, Hemant Pandita I am providing the details here: Name: Hemant Pandita flight booked from id: harikrishan.[protected]@gm.com Id from where scan copy of tickets was sent : hamant.[protected]@in.abb.com Case Ref. Yesterday 08.09.2019 there was a unauthorized booking was made from by husband’s ADCB debit card for a amount AED 1503 for Colonna resort IT booking no OPT was asked from Clear trip or Bank so disappointing that we have always been booking our Tickets from clear trip and there is no security of this site now. Can clear trip help us get this matter sorted and get the refund of the amount ????? Is this not a trust site anymore?????

While booking a flight from Mumbai to Delhi on 29th May, my cc was charged 4037 INR and the booking confirmation did not flash! Now there is no way I can find to contact them as the customer care number IVR asked for trip ID which I don’t have and even when posting a query on their site .. they are asking for a booking ID. This is ridiculous.. they have not shared any direct number or email ID where we can contact them!

We have booked a flght from cleartrip trip ID [protected] from Trivendrum to New Delhi for 21st Dec.2018. They mentioned the departure of flght from Terminal No, 2 whereas it was actually from Terminal No, 1, which is approx 6 K.M. We have left our taxi and to hire otherone and have to pay him Rs. 2000/- in emeregency apart from mental harassment. Secondly they have mentoned it a direct flight but it landed at kochhi and stayed there for more than two hours thereby keeping us harrassed and illegal confinment. we have to reach Delhi at 22.55 whereas we landed after 12.00 in mdnight, I demand from cleartrip to rewfund the money which I paid within a weeks time otherwise I will be complelled to take legal recorse and cleartrip will be responsible to pay me this amount, amount for compensation for mental harrasment and expenses of legal action.

We had booked our flight ticket by clear trip for jet airways for july 2019 Dxb-Mum and return Mum-Dxb, as the airways was closed so clear trip promised full refund but till now there is no response and no refund also the amount I paid was 3800/- Dhs ref no is trip Id [protected], Jet airways 537, PNR BTEISA. Please refund us the amount as we are following up since April as we the cancellation was done.

Vide cleartrip trip id [protected] two tickets from del to hyd were booked in r/o manas and kaberi chatterjee in jet airways flight no 9w-643 of 10 dec 18. Cancellation of that flight of 10 dec 18 by jet airways was informed to me vide cleartrip email dated 20 oct 18 giving further advice to book fresh tickets. As per their advice, fresh tickets were booked from del to hyd in indigo flight no 6e 679 of 10 dec 18 from cleartrip site by paying again for the new tickets on 21 oct 18 vide cleartrip trip id [protected]. However, refunds for the jet airways flight tickets cancelled at cleartrip site on 20 oct are still awaited. Their confirmation mail dated 20 oct (1.52pm) relating to cancellation of trip id [protected] had mentioned that the refund would be transferred to my bank a/c in 5-7 working days. More than 26 days have already lapsed but i am yet to get back my refunded ticket fares. Since the jet airways flight was cancelled by the airline concerned, there cannot be any doubt about getting back full fare paid by me without any deduction. Request, please look into the case and expedite the refund. Regards.

This is the kachra site, nobody book ticket from this site. They are asking different thing and doing differently. Don”t believe there customer executive they all are frood. I am asking to him change the my wife sirname but customer executive is asking to cancel the ticket, we will fine you only 70qr your other amount is refound in your account. But now they asking different story, bulddy lawyer people. Dont trust on this site and dont book ticket from cleartrip kachra.

This is regarding the numerous calls and a fruitless effort to change a simple reservation with your customer support people. The reason they are not able to change the tickets is the fact that they cannot price the tickets for change on a call. The initial effort started almost a month ago where despite giving a travel window of 15 days with any travel time they were not able to give the pricing on the call and requested a call back from a member. After numerous calls, someone finally called and gave me a price and while trying to change the tickets the call got disconnected. I called immediately and no one else was able to price that was quoted or the tickets for that matter. At the brim of frustration, I gave up calling Cleartrip anymore. This was a pre-pone of the tickets FYI Recently, we decided that we would postpone the tickets until November and book new tickets for the immediate need. I called again and asked for the pricing to change it to November 26, 27 or 28 through any route and still, the guys said they are not able to pull the pricing. They promise a callback which never comes through and instead just an email asking to callback with no update on the email. She has called back only to go over the same things and dates over with 5 other guys who promise the same thing. It is very surprising for a company with an online presence and 700+ employees you do have the facility to call an airline and get the pricing and resolve a simple issue. It feels like a joke that you cannot go out of the box to resolve an issue of a frustrated client. It also surprises that there is no manager present on the floor at night times at your customer service locations. It is very annoying that you guys have no system to write a proper email to give a proper update instead of asking a callback. It is by far the worst product and customer service I received from a booking site. Looks like all the company cares about is taking the money and not bother to resolve any issue.

Trip IDs: [protected] & [protected] While booking the ticket on cleartrip website from Hyderabad to Dubai and Dubai to Vijayawada and they offered a code for VISA75, uponentering they will issue a coupon for 75 AED amount which can be redeemed while applying for UAE VISA, and I entered the same but did not get the AED75 voucher which can be used to apply the VISA. I called customer care multiple times requesting them to issue at the earliest so that I can apply the VISA as travel date is approaching, but they keep on telling that i will get in next 24hrs. Nothing has happened. Now its over one month, still nothing received. When I called to their customer care at +[protected], spoke with Nikhat on 26th June and received feedback as, they will get back to me in next 48 hrs.. This activity is continued from the day when I booked the tickets Hence, I would like to file a compliant against cleartrip and want get penalty for cheating me and troubling alot without issuing the voucher on time. They should pay penalty for the stress what they gave to me in this regard.

Today I was booking flights from BoM to DEL round trip for my family (5 members). To my surprise it first displays 29k on the main window where it displays flight information. The moment you go to Book flights it”s showing 15K for 5adults. I was assured that it was a bug on their application. More useless is the customer care numbers, you cannot talk to the support guys until you have a ticket ID. Finally I dropped a mail to them with the screenshot. However a similar situation had been to me while I was booking flights for Bali, one of the site was showing half the price compared to other sites. We often fall in trap and get lured. I too went for it n booked the flights. Later after a week the rest of the amount got deducted from my debit card. It was a shocking experience, I got an apology mail from the company saying it was a fault on price. Now a days it”s so difficult to trust these sites and no wonder if someone is unaware of such bugs on apps they will definitely go for a loss. Advice – hire good developers for your site !!
