Shopping while black on vacation with my family from north carolina to california took my daughter to to santa monica mall let her use her own little credit card trying to teach her how to shop correctly keep her balance the young lady was calling on a walkie-talkie watch the black folks is everything ok she didnt take her eyes off and ask the ladies when my daughter didn”t have enough money which I covered with no problem is everything okay what it is doing over the walkie-talkie is every think ok she didnt help the two customers she should have been helping they didn”t even buy anything they left while we actually purchase. Something what an embarrassing thing to happen to a 14 year old child while on vacation with her parents shopping while black in santa monica mall don”t even do it don”t even go in the coach store!!!

Webpage shown promotion discounted Authentic Coach bags, but seller from China due to payment transaction shown at statement is from China. I asked seller advised barcode and product code (original Coach bag come with Barcode and product code) but seller said bag direct from manufacturer and no barcode no product code. That is no right to do by Seller, their are copy right Coach without legal and cheated buyer so.

We purchased 2 messenger style brief cases from coach, @ $450 each. Within the year, the straps began to fray and delaminate. Our local Coach store sent the bags back for repair. One they repaired and it soon required re-repairing. Regarding the other bag we were told it could not be repaired. Upon further inquiry we learned that the longevity of the bags, due to the poor quality of the strap, is 1-2 years. Imagine, $1, 000 for two bags that Coach themselves should be expected to last less than 2 years. Poor customer service, and apparently incompetent management.

We are residents of India, however about 7-8 years ago we had purchased a premium coach bag from the United States from its retail stores. It was the basic coach bag cream colour. However, it was left absolutely unused and when we looked about to use it. It was found to be brown in colour. We request you to change our bag. Waiting for a prompt reply

Was at the Woodburn outlet mall on black friday, shopping at Coach. I was with my mother-in-law. She bought me a purse and one for her self. We stood in the checkout line for about an hour. When it was our turn to check out, my mother-in-law asked the cashier if she could put another hole in the strap of the purse and the cashier told her “no I can”t do that right now, we are very busy, you can come back later and we”ll put one in for you then!” That was so rude of the cashier!! That is BAD customer service if you ask me! If it”s so hard to give good customer service on black friday, maybe coach needs to change the way they do black friday then! Hope this gets fixed! This is a complaint and lost prevention issue Went I go shopping to your location at mercedes tx I love the service cesar (he is probably in his 45or 48 years old) gives me and how he attends to all customer with out making you fill ignore.. Compared to laura he is outstanding, laura always ignore me for no reason and never offer me a service… Also laura always is offering his employee discount to all her friends and family or make customer to buy items for her with a better price, she also tells the customer to leave her items at other store located at the outlet… She also gives her boutique discount to friends and family.. I will necesito want to be at the mercedes store because of her, that is why my purchases are always from mcallen tx better service and better people (they are with energy, respect, they help you and always give there 100% to make you happy with your purchase)

This company shows authentic coach bags on it”s website, which is set up to look exactly like an authentic coach website. They even say their bags are authentic coach and the pictures they show are authentic coach. I ordered a coach bag optic art bag from them. When i got it, the material is not jacquard sateen on the outside – it is a cheap, flimsy burlap, , the lining fabric is not satin and the patch of leather on the front of the bag is stamped onto the patch in gold ink, not stamped into the patch, i doubt that it is even real leather. Now, i realize that their prices are so low that i expected something to be wrong, but not to the extent of what it was. I sent this company $77 usd. They ripped me off completely. I asked my bank to intervene and get my money back. This is internation fraud and mail fraud. Do no, i repeat, do not purchase from them. When you order a bag and receive it, it looks nothing like an authentic coach bag.

This beautiful Coach key ring was a gift from my son a while back. I received many compliments and other people purchased one for themselves or as gifts. However the stones have fallen out. Would appreciate any and all ideas on what can be done to fix or replace this as I love it. I also have about 6 or more Coach bags and have never had a problem with anything breaking, etc. think/hope I might be getting another one for Mother”s Day as I have hinted enough about a new one I would love to have. The last two purses I have purchased have had the handles start “fraying” fairly soon. (6 months) Never had this with previous purses. New material? New manufacturer? It”s annoying and looks cheap and tacky. My friends have noticed this on theirs as well. I want to find out why and what you are doing about this before I purchase another. I may need to stop buying coach, as much as I love it.

I had my credit card company stop payment. It is FAKE, states product by Coach. They also lie about this: 1.We offer the lowest discounted We, a wholesaler and retailer Internet were a merchant Yahoo 5-star and a member of the Better Business Bureau. We send the item from the manufacturer straightly with manufacturer’s price to the customers abroad. That’s why our products are cheaper than the market.

There are many positive reviews about Coach website and I never expected anything could go wrong. Ordered a bag from this company and the one arrived was incorrect. I contacted Coach customer service in order to get the correct order and they explained how to send the wrong one back. I followed their instructions and sent it back and since then I heard nothing from Coach. I tried to reach these guys but for some reason they ignored me. I want to know what is going on and when will I get my bag! It is now over a month and I still have no information regarding my order status.
