I first lodged a claim with PayPal, who were very instrumental in obtaining a response from Conscious Items. Within 72 hours I received a refund and various apology communications. I also looked for a post on which Conscious Items was interacting with a member on their FaceBook page and wrote a comment on the same thread, which seems to have also prompted them into action. | Just a suggestion to the unhappy writers above… | However, I’ll not be ordering from this company again. | Hope this helps.
