I just got off the phone with a customer service rep regarding my credit card account with Verve DBA Continental Finance. I accepted the card and set my payments up on auto pay, all payments were drafted correctly from October 2014 to Feb of 2015 when the payments rafted from my account and then an additional 40.00 payment would be drafted then reversed then the credit card company charges 35.00 to my account. This has been going on since February of 2014. Upon speaking with customer service there is nothing they can do about the reversal charges on the account. I advised the customer service rep I would be reporting their company and contacting the credit reporting agencies to verify this does not negatively impact my credit. Do not do business with this company and their unscrupulous practices.
