Got an email on 9/02 (labor day) from Anthony Liddell claims to be an HR rep for this company called Corhythm Inc for a Sr. Customer Service Manager position and to send in my resume since I lost my job on 8/28 I went ahead and sent in my resume. the next day I get an email from the same guy telling me to add his boss to yahoo chat so that he could interview me his on screen name is vptrichmond (Timothy Richmond) so I did I was kind of weary about it but hey 26.00 an hour sounded real good after loosing my job so here is the summary of the conversation I had with “Mr. Richmond”
vptrichmond: I’m Mr Timothy J. Richmond ( Human Resources Manager) Corhythm Inc.
vptrichmond: I’m going to ask you some questions now … i want a honest and descriptive response, you have just 15minutes to provide me with answers to all my questions. Your answers will go a long way in determining whether or not i will hire you so be more convincing.

vptrichmond: Tell me something about yourself that I didn’t know from reading your resume?
How would your past experience translate into success in this job?
Which areas of your work are most often criticized?
What have you done to promote great customer service?
Why did you leave your last job?
What other companies are you considering?
vptrichmond: Give me an example of how you have dealt with an under-performing team member in the past
Can you give me an example of a particularly difficult customer you had to deal with and how you used your skills to successfully overcome the problem they had?
so I answered all the questions and his response was
vptrichmond: impressive
vptrichmond: It’s obvious that you have great communication skills and a perfect work history with suitable knowledge to handle this job and most of all I believe I can work with you. We are presently working on setting up a call center in San Antonio once that call center is ready by the end of this month , you will hire, train and manage a team of 6 customer service rep. For now you will be trained at home until the office is ready. The Training is to prepare you to Head our Call Center Office.

vptrichmond: This means you will be working from home but require to travel once every month to the office in San Antonio and its usually at month end, every travel expenses are paid and each visit to the office will last for two days
vptrichmond: Can you handle it ?
vptrichmond: You get paid bi- weekly $26 an hour…The shift is Monday – Thursday, 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM and 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM on Friday and you may be needed to work on Saturday’s, if this happens you will be paid $30 an hour for the number of hours you will be required to work. You are eligible for benefits after 3 months
vptrichmond: What bank do u operate with and have you ever been penalize for any bad transaction? if yes why
vptrichmond: I will email you the hire form and the other employment documents will be sent to you via USPS at the start of training. I believe you realize how good ‘Corhythm Inc’ intend to pay you so i demand the very best from you, it is essential that you do exactly what i tell you and nothing more or less…it pleases me when my instructions are uphold thoroughly and since you will be working from home with minimum supervision, it is therefore paramount that everything be done as told

vptrichmond: All the equipment are available at provantage store and I will provide you with the info to a provantage agent who will supplier all the equipment, it will be delivered to you within two days after payment is received.
vptrichmond: Note that the reason you are handling the setup of your office equipment is more like a test that will allow me to ascertain your organisational skill, your ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision and most of all build trust

I received a check today 1st class priority mail for 2487.55 from wells fargo and didnt come from a company. It was from a person and I looked up the address it was a residence. so i called the cops and made a report.
. I demand stop these people. Stay away
