They had a banner on their home page saying “Order by Oct 10 to get you costume in time for Halloween”. I ordered on the 8th. On the 29th I called to double check the status of my costume because for the entire month the order said it had been “processed” but not shipped. So when I ask the customer service, the lady on the phone tells me that the costume won’t be ready until NEXT WEEK. Long after Halloween is done. Since the costumes are “tailored” there are absolutely NO refunds. This will be my first AND last time ordering from their website.
