I bought seat covers on Amazon. They came from a company called Coversheild. They were not the correct ones as advertised. I called the number on my order slip. I was on hold for a while then a girl named Victoria answered. I explained my situation and told her I’d like to return them. She first tried to offer me a credit for anything else from them. I said no thanks, I’d like to return them and get a refund. She asked for my order number and proceeded to tell me I’ll get an email in 20 minutes with my refund. I never received any email. She was nasty and she never verified my information. Then she hung up.
