These guys are a bunch of entitled thieves. They will harass you and try to get you to let them have your property appraised and sell it to them at the price that they appraise it for. If you don’t sell your property to them they will turn you in to the city hoping that you cannot afford to bring your property up to code and you will be forced to sell it to them for cheap. If they ever want to purchase your property wait it out. They are looking to flip it and sell it to someone else for much more. In some instances they already have a buyer ready for a higher price. Wesley Crunkleton is the man I spoke with there he was arrogant and rude.
