“Daring greatly means the courage to be vulnerable. It means to show up and be seen. To ask for what you need. To talk about how you’re feeling. To have the hard conversations.” (Brene Brown) If you are struggling with symptoms of anxiety or depression, we will work together through vulnerability. We can work on building strong coping skills and self-care routines. If you have experienced trauma, abuse, or difficulty with self-esteem, we can work towards building autonomy. If you are a part of a couple that is experiencing disruption in communication or issues with conflict, we can work to strengthen and rebuild the relationship.I believe that creativity in counseling is an important part of spreading mental health awareness and health. I also believe in the education of clients so that each client leaves with increased personal awareness and a toolbox filled with unique skills. My focus is the autonomy and dignity of each client when creating treatment plans. I know that one of the hardest steps is asking for help but I am here with you in that step and any steps that follow. Let’s walk into vulnerability together and find our courage. I look forward to meeting all future clients!
