We have carried multiple vehicles for this broker. We were shocked to see upset customers because we have had zero negative feedback from the vehicle owners.

Please stay away from these auto transport shippers. For example, after securing my credit card number they advised me that they would efficiently transport my car to its destination without incurring a fee until delivery was made. However, that was not the case after i received a phone call the following day requesting permission to debit my card after according to them the driver was requesting a pick-up fee, which i have never heard of in the past. after i declined, they proceeded anyway with a 120.00 dollar charge without having picked up my car or even had delivered the vehicle to its destination. | i became aggravated and canceled with DIY auto transport, they then procceded to charge me a 75 dollar cancelation fee, that i was made aware of before cancelling. however, they refused to return the 120 fee they advised me they needed acccording to their pick up driver. when the driver never picked up my car. after making several phone calls attempting to reach their manager Jess, he never returned my phone call. after over one week trying to get back the 120 fee with no avail. | i had to turn to my credit card company to intervene and refund my account of the unjustly fee charged by this company. a kind word to the wise, stay clear away from DIY Transport. they have a bad business practice by telling YOU the consumer that they will not charge your card until delevery made. But be rest assured they will call you the next day and tell you they need some money upfront and they use the guise of the driver requesting a pick up fee. this is a fraudeulent practice DIY transport has concocted so that they collect their broker fee upfront. when they portray themselves as a auto tranport company. they are nothing but crooks.

Scheduled a (what should have been) very easy vehicle transport from VA to FL. Called months in advance to set up because I had to fly into where the car was being shipped from. Charged a $150 “agent booking fee” when I made the reservation. Days before pickup, POC at DIY stopped responding to emails/phone calls. Day before pickup, my case was elevated to “management” (Ness). Day of pickup…nothing, I called and told them they are fired for not performing contracted service. The charged me $75 for cancelling and another $150 because they claimed I double booked – REDICULOUS!!! Ness also attempted to extort me by threatening that he would call up the driver that was going to transport my car with another agent and tell him to not take my car or DIY would never do business with him again, Ness then went on to tell me my car would never make it FL because it would “broken down on the side of the road” inferring he would “arrange something”. Unbelievable how this company thinks they can get away with this criminal behavior, they are thugs and you should never use them. I am retired military and have used many transport companies and never have had this happen – BEWARE!!!
