I had to spend over $1,000 in repairs in the first few months of purchasing a Mazda 3 from Downsview Auto. Things that clearly were problems when the vehicle left their lot. They seem to have a good sense of what is going to take a few weeks or a few months to become a problem, after their warranty expires. When I complained, Eran got very aggressive and confrontational. In his diatribe he referred to me having posted several negative reviews. Thing is, this is the first time I have posted. Service provided throughout the entire process was marginal at best. I know that I will never be shopping there again. I actually thought that the “used car salesman” image was more of a myth, I am seeing it differently now.
