Therapy can help you make meaning of the loss and process who you are now and how you can move forward in your life.I am not on any insurance panels, but you may be able to get reimbursed for me as an out-of-network provider. Keep in mind that insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis for coverage. We can discuss the pros and cons of this.
