DDS is always deducting and giving back the money to my account. better to check your system before calling your customer. I don’t know what is the problem when collecting payment. Please check it internally and not to call me regarding the payment because the is there. your guy Ragu Pathi is harassing me with regards the payment. he was talking to me like I owe you 5 months of payment. just be sure that when you call your customer make sure that, the person you are calling is not paying on time or no money in the account. We understand that we have a responsibility to settle our bills with your company. BUt that doesnt give any right to any agent or your employees to talk to us in an extremely rude manner. His name is Raj, he calls me mostly in the morning, which he know i am in the office and busy most of the time in the morning. so most of the time i am not able to answer his calls right away. but anytime i get free, i am calling him back, whether on landline or mobile… in the evening he will call me, around 7 pm onwards, knowing that i will be at home and sleeping or doing house chores. Even if we have dues in your company, that shud be handled by your agent professionally and not be rude. You also have to understand the difficulty that we are facing now because of what you did to my account. instead of doing consolidation, you did top up on my account…and that gave me a hard time paying my dues… please teach your agent little manners

There is one person in duniya finance named fayaz. He settle my credit card amount 11000 limit of 2500.they put alot of interest and made it 11k.2 weeks back he agreed for 8k and asked me to pay 1000 per month until finished.i paid and now he is saying it”s not settlement.he shouted at me and use the word shut up for me. He abused. Now plz help me that how I can reach to legal way against them.

The worst customer service in the entire universe! Might sound exaggerating but its true. I have been dealing with their contact centre since May or April last year and countless calls to various rude consultants. I had already closed my credit card with them and working on closing my personal loan too. You can never trust a word that their representatives say even if the calls are recorded because after you complain and request them to pull up the recording all they will give you is an apology which doesnt solve the issues caused by them. I paid my loan installment more than a week in advance just so I can illeminate the possibility of having to deal with them again but guess what? They tagged me with bad rating with the credit bureau and said i need to pay another 150 aed for late payment charges when I have all my receipts in front of me stating i paid in advance!!! Their collections team were very rude, hang up on me while I was talking and obviously was very confident that the calls were not recorded. Begged them to not call me before 6pm because I sleep in the morning and work at night but they consistently wake me up. It was an absolute nightmare for me. Until now its unresolved and I could not apply with any bank because of the record they placed with the credit bureau. I swear I am not paying them even an extra 1 dirham because they dont understand the impact they give their consumers. I was thinking of just settling the 150 aed as its not worth it for my credit standing but what if nexr month they”ll come up another charge again? Called them around Oct 2018 agent said there is 50 aed I need to pay from previous months, dont know where the charge was from, got different explanations, was too tired and just paid the amount. 2 months after, another 150 aed came from nowhere. This is unjust. Feels like modern day scam, legalized. P.S. this is on top of the fact that you pay more than 100% of your loan amount but thats something I cant argue anymore since I was not vigilant enough to check these things especially when you are in emergency cases. I will share my real info here and contact details because these experiences are true and genuine. Will keep posting reviews everywhere to save people from experiecing the nightmare I had with them up to this moment.

Same issues as all peoples has already complained. They are traping poor and low salaried peoples in UAE. Puting huge interest and many charges. If you miss a single payment they will treat you badly and will give mental harrasment. Just need to know what action has been taken for the complaints has taken placed since 2016 on this plateform. I am trapped with Dunia Finance since 2012 they gave credit card without my request but my request was personal loan. Then they started increasing without my request also and I started using the card in hard time.. hence I requested to make installment for the amount I have used but they gave me new loan with the new interest as they were already charging interest on monthly purchase. I got termination from my jon and requested for a releif in loan as I have paid more than what I have taken but they are not ready to give 1 fills of discount. I wish UAE governement should take action.

But i paid 2000 durham and my company cancelled my visa and i came back to my country. Now i want to come back to dubai to pa loan. But i received an email about police case. Kindly tell me how can i come back? kindly remove police case then i will search job and pay all remaining loan. Please help me. My family is suffering all situation. Regarding the replacement of my credit i talked with dunia finance customer care on 08 october 2018. my card was blocked and i request him to open my credit card he suggest me to replace the card free of cost and you will get the card with in 7 working days and i agreed on that because its free of cost. After 10 days i again call to dunia customer service regarding the card then one lady told me to pay the charges thats why we did not replace your card. when i explain her that your agent told me that the card is free of cost and there is recording for last conversation finally that lady told me that i will send request to not to charge for replacement and she said i am 100% sure that charges will not be deducted. Now after a week i call today again to customer care for followup he told me that i have to pay otherwise will not replace the card, i told him to listen old recordings then tell me to pay if its my mistake i will pay but the mistake is from your side on what ground i will pay dunia finance is the one told me its free of cost and now they are telling to pay.
