To whom it concerns in the service department – this is now the 4th time I have had thic are in for service for the SAME THING!!! You have made it very difficult for me to conduct my daily life. You have shut down your service department on Saturdays ( this is the ONLY day that some people – besides me – have to conduct personal business and not get fired for not being at work or not getting paid for not being at work). I urge you to rethink that decision, please. Secondly – the A/C is having issues STILL and NOW it has caused the car to overheat. Ever since I picked it up, the A/C has smelled like antifreeze. Yesterday, I stopped for gas and when I started again, (with the A/C on) the car chugged and acted like it was going to stall.. but didn’t. No warning lights. This was at 67th and Van Buren. By the time I got to Dysart and Camelback, the temp gauge was on and the car was overheating. I immediately pulled into the Basha’s parking lot and shut the car off and called Dave at the Glendale location. I’m assuming that the car was picked up and towed to your facility since it’s not where i left it last night. I asked for the tow truck driver to call me when he picked it up, but never received the call! | In essence, I need this car FIXED TODAY. I do not have the time nor the resources to continue to have it “fixed” because it’s not fixed correctly the FIRST TIME! The windshield wipers STILL DON’T WORK… by the way! I do not need a bandaid on it. I need it fixed. I’m so over this problem of a car. If you can’t fix it, then I need to speak to someone who can put me in a car that works. This is nonsense. I’m very angry with this situation. You have wasted my time, my money, my resources. I called you last night, broke down. I am so OVER this car. I have had nothing but problems with it from the start. This is now the 4th time I’ve had it in the shop for service FOR THE SAME THING. The A/C in conjunction now with the car overheating. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED TODAY – NO BANDAID THIS TIME!!! As you can probably tell – I’M NOT HAPPY! Call me to discuss options. Thank you. Crystal
