The “H.O.P.E. Program” is a scam where the ECAIN, LLC, 6757 Cascade, Grand Rapids, MI 49546, USA. When i called back they admitted that they could not provide what they told me i paid for instead they sent me several links, but offered no services that i agreed to pay for and no receipt.
