We cancelled the booking prior to picking up the car which should have entitled us to a $160 refund which was in documentation received from Economy Bookings after we disputed the full charge on our bank account. | I called several times and two agents did confirm we had a $160 refund pending and that they would try to get it processed, however, I should call back earlier as they are in Europe and talk to Customer Service. | I’ve since called no less than 20 times – Customer Service is non-existent – and cannot get a live person on the phone. Calls are disconnected immediately so I’m guessing they’ve blocked my number. | STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKS!
