Ellis Movers moved us from Ann Arbor, MI to Murfreesboro, Tn in 1999 when we were transfered by our company. Ingram Bk paid them to move all of us that were transfered. When they arrived to our new house they deeply scratched the hard wood floors when they were moving our china cabinet. They also broke the glass out of the large lamp hanging from the ceiling. A couple weeks after we unpacked we realized that all of my husbands guns were missing (the movers packed us). These were civil war / antique guns. We contacted Bob several times, all with the promise that he would file a claim and get back to us. We finally got tired of calling and being lied to. Five years later, we are still waiting for a response from him. They were good movers but have crooks working for them and they do not take care of problems when they come up. Our homeowners insurance would not cover us for the loss of the guns, they said it was the movers responsibility,
