Eloquii

Back In January I purchased some items from Eloquii. I”ve never ordered anything from this site, but decided to give it a try. Items I received didn”t fit well, so I contacted customer service and told that I wanted to return them. Their rep said that there will be no returns or refunds because these items were on final sale. I was unaware of this. Anyways, I sent everything back, but they still refused to give me my money back. Few weeks later I received a message from them stating that I have to pay $7 if I want to get these items back. I never would”ve made a first time purchase from a company, knowing that I wouldn”t be able to return them. I think that”s pretty ridiculous considering that I returned the items with their tags, within a couple of days of receiving them! Their return policy is beyond ridiculous!
