Purchased a top from Eloquii website and the one I received was too small so I contacted Eloquii customer service via phone. I asked for a replacement but the woman on the phone said that they did not have my size in stock. Then I asked for a refund and they agreed quickly. I shipped it back and also paid for the return shipping because they refused to give me a return label. When they received the top they contacted me and said that they can’t refund me because top was damaged. Liars!! They said that if I want to get it back and need to pay a shipping fee. The worst company I have ever deal with!!
