This company lies and deceives at every opportunity. They sell inferior products, and then they grab 20%of your order when you try to return things (restocking fee). It’s challenging to get a human being on the phone, and then they just spout off their policies and give you no actual help. Their products are crap, their policies are crap.

Please be aware of Empire covers, they tell you when ordering a $1500 portable garage that the standard material last 5 years and the upgraded material last 10 years. I ordered the 12 x 24 unit and it hasnt lasted 12 months. When I contacted the company they said 60 warranty. when you order they say 1 year warranty but lasts 5 years etc.. | Stay away from this company, material is junk and as I stated lasts less than a year. Pay more $$ and go with rhino shelter, a real company and not a fraud and they back up their product.

So empire covers does not actually make the car car covers. they rebrand covers from budge which make some of the crappiest covers around..if i knew this from the start i would have never bought this car cover from empire.. the car cover i bought says it was 100% water proof.. after the first heavy rain went to check and see if my car was doing ok under the cover.. yup wet as if there was no cover at all.. pure crap..shady company avoid at all cost..
