Change is never easy but learning about yourself and how you handle life stresses can lead to making better choices. My training in family systems gives me a unique perspective in understanding the dynamics that affect the way we interact with those we love. I am also trained in the Gottman Method and enjoy working with couples to help them bridge the distance that is often created when life gets in the way. My goal is to establish a nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe in exploring life’s issues. I am bilingual (Spanish and English) and have been trained in individual, couples, and family therapy.
