Psychoeducational testing can empower learners, parents, teachers and other individuals to make informed decisions by identifying and examining academic, cognitive, behavioral and social/emotional strengths and weaknesses. I have 21 years experience in assessing individuals to identify learning disabilities, ADHD, intellectual disorders and intellectual giftedness and offering research-based recommendations for appropriate instruction and interventions. For high school, college students, and other individuals, I provide assessments to determine the need for accommodations on high stakes tests, in the classroom or in the work place. I also offer ADHD Coaching to adults who are interested in developing better organizational and goal-setting skills. The learning process may be interrupted by missed instruction, processing weaknesses, or emotional/behavioral difficulties. Early identification and appropriate interventions are critical for success. For adults whose lifelong struggles may have increased, information through testing may help determine more effective strategies for success or the need for specific accommodations.I have been fortunate to have practiced in a variety of professional settings including public schools, colleges, clinics and research/training facilities. I continue to enjoy learning and working in the field of school psychology, and I am happy to discuss your or your child’s particular needs, as well as fees for services.
