Purchased an item which lasted just over a month. Started cracking like a star around the grommet. Contacted customer support. After about 4 botmails finally Bryan responded telling me I’m out of luck, can only return up to 30 days. I replied that’s acceptable if a return but my product is defective of no fault of mine, water pipe lasted about 7 weeks, He basically told me too bad for me after I alerted him they are selling defective chinese products. I told him I will complain in reviews, no other replies. I have had these products last a lifetime in the past, never had such poor quality experience by product and company. Quite the frustrating combination. If you don’t stand by your product, you should not be in business…and you won’t.
