Promotion #[protected] was not honored at the store. It was supposed to be any fram up to $129.00 for $49.00 No where did it state that it was limited to only one pair, so if you bought sunglasses also (Meaning two pair of glasses) it did not apply to either one. Plus, you pay for platinum protection 1st pr and platinum protection 2nd pr. [protected] and [protected] which amounts to $19.95 and 29.95 which is $50.00 extra for the glasses, plus the price was not $49.00 per pair of frames and my total was $304.28. When i called the store and spoke with jeremy, i was told it didn”t apply since i purchased two pairs of glasses…Makes no sense to me at all. I am a senior, 78 years old, and i don”t appreciate being made to deal with bait/switch practices. The only saving grace was lynda, employee #035 who was gracious and went out of her way to be helpful and polite. The rest of your advertising is total nonsense. Beware people. It is not what it is advertised to be. Now i am wondering how they will “tack on something if they fall apart” within the one year time. We shall see. Betty purcell, blanchard, ok 73010

Took my prescription to Eyemart Express, the sales person told me the frames I picked out were too small for bifocals. Then said no they weren”t after my sister told her they were bigger than hers and she had bifocals. Came back 2 hrs laterr to pick up new frames with new prescription, extremely long wait. Finally got the new ones but couldn”t read with them, was told to take them and wait until morning to put them on after my eyes were rested. I had cataract surgery so couldn”t see real well but when I got home my sister looked at them and immediately told me they had trifocals, not bi focals. They also said they didn”t file medicare but would give me the form to send in, you couldn”t even read the instructions for a wide black smear down the full length of the paper. Mentioned that and was told that was all they had, after all, this was just a courtesy they do. Well, if you can”t read the instructions, what good is that.

To who whom it may concern, I have been a client for quite a few years now. Up to last Saturday 05/27/2017; I would recommended both your service and your product. I went into your store and the young man that took care of us was certainly untrained, unprofessional and certainly, not courteous. He could never give an exact quote. He went from charging us almost $400.00 for two pairs of glasses to charging us $399 for one pair and a $109.00 +- for the other. He changed the quote five or six times. Then he could not work with the coupons that we brought in and that we received in the mail. We asked for the manager and the manager never bothered to come and talk to us. I picked up the glasses today and I was not even sure if they made them with the prescription given to me by my doctor. I asked the young lady to make sure before I left the store. She came back and assured me that the glasses in fact were made to my doctor”s prescription. When I tried them on, I noticed that the bottom of the lenses are rough. I asked her if this is the way they were supposed to be and would they hurt my face. Her answer was yes and no. Bottom line is that I have never been so disappointed in your company as I am now. Your customer service used to be with a smile, courteous and professional. I do not really trust that what I purchased is the right product or if it really met my doctor”s prescription or if the price was even right. I worked for the Better Business Bureau for more than 6 years as a Complaint Specialist and I assure you that this is not buyer”s remorse. I strongly feel and in good conscience; that I will continue to recommend your company. Thank you. Benilde “Bennie” Molina [protected]@vivaautogroup.com

This is my third visit to this store. The first was for a contact exam. Everything was fine, nothing special. I took my 9 year old in for her first pair of glasses a few months ago and the doctor was an hour and a half late. The girls at the desk were nice and kept apologizing and making the excuse that the doctor is almost 70 and goes very slow. Not an acceptable excuse to me, but I thought maybe it was a one time occurrence. Boy was I wrong. I had an eye appointment this morning to get my eyeglass prescription updated and to get new glasses. I normally wear contacts, but like to have spare glasses. My appointment was at 930am so I arrived at 915. Come to find out at about 940 that the doctor wasn”t even at work yet. Again, I got the excuse that he”s almost 70 so he”s probably taking his time in the snow. So I didn”t get back until about 1015am. I picked out 2 pairs of glasses after the exam and was told they would be ready in about 15 minutes. It was now 1050. I went to pick up my youngest daughter from preschool and came back about 1115. My glasses were ready, but they were the wrong prescription. It looked like I was inside a fish bowl. So they took the glasses I was currently wearing and said they would figure it out. About 40 minutes later, after sitting without glasses and I am severely near sighted so I cannot see without them, the doctor came out and we went back for another exam. They remade my lenses and asked how they looked. I said they still seem a bit off. The lady told me to take them home and give it a day to adjust and put them in a case. I proceeded to tell her that they didn”t fit on my face. She then laughed and said, oh I didn”t even ask if you needed them fitted. I finally left at 115pm. I am extremely frustrated and now half of my day was spent sitting around. I really don”t think I will be going back or taking my daughter back. Glasses are too expensive and I pay out of pocket to be risking wrong prescriptions and hours of wasted time.

The manager in this store is a scam artiest, not only were we refused the sale of 78.61 on 11-11-2015 the mgr had the nerve to scream while we were in there the wrong poster was up and changed out the sign to two pair 38.61. The advertisement is got get you in the store, yet once they know that is all you want, suddenly the frames you have picked have the wrong price on them. so they cannot be included even when the sale associate picked them out. When the mgr the sales ###. knew we were definite and did not want anything but this sale they refused to help us and the manager made it impossible to get through the sales process. we were told 3 hours to get the two pair when in fact they had them in a hour. False advertising and the Better Business Bureau will be contacted

Rudest manager ever! Went in to look at glasses and all the manager did the entire time I was there was yell at his associates. One girl was at the desk working with someone and everytime she opened her mouth he started shouting things across the room at her. “Don”t forget pro plus. The lab is behind today” ect. Another associate answered the phone and could hardly get a word in. He kept talking over her even when she turned her back on him. How are associates supposed to do their jobs when he won”t let them?

Purchased frames. Waited 10 days for them to be ordered and made. When completed, took them home. A few days later a pet damaged the glasses so took them in to be replaced. Waited 10 to 14 days for replacement. When completed, took them home. Next day tried to clean them with regular microfiber cloth but lenses rattled, moved inside the frames. Took them in and was told they were too big, the frames. Waited 10 days or so again for replacement. Picked the third pair up and went home. Same problem. Returned to store and demanded refund. Manager agreed they were poorly made and expressed disgust, embarrassment by poor workmanship. Asked if he could have one more try and he would handle it himself. Also said I could have free ( ! ) pair of sunglasses. 3 weeks pass and no words. Called store surprised they were taking so long. Was told manage was out of town but glasses were ready. Can’t believe I was not called as soon as they were ready. Obviously manager did not take my complaint seriously.

We went into the store with our prescriptions, my mom, my husband and myself after seeing the multitude of ads on tv for no-line bifocals for $99. I picked out my frames, which were $69…and sat with the “representative” while he went over my glasses information. Almost $400.00. When I asked him about the $99 ad…he responded. ..oh you don”t want that…that”s only for the $39 frames…well…my frames were only $69 so why weren”t my glasses $129? No response. Well they threw in a free pair of reading glasses so I reluctantly agreed to the purchase, against my better judgment. Less than a year later I was having trouble with the glasses and tried to get them to check them…no help. Finally took them to my ophthalmologist and was told that the glasses were just poor quality. Never, ever again!!!

Went in to get new lenses. They took the ones i had and put theirs in. They were all messed up couldnt use. They replaced with equally bad lenses. Went back again and got attitude. Asked for refund. Which we got without an apology. They took the lenses out that were bad but didnt give me my originals back. They stole my lenses and I want. Reimbursed for them!

purchased 2 pairs of glasses totally over 600.00 very poor quality went in a couple weeks ago arm had come off one side, I was told they were not fixable i would have to buy another pair, frustrated and went to neighborhood reputable optician where they put in a new screw and only had to wait five mins with no charge, terrible experience, how could they try to sell me another frame because that didn”t want to do an easy fix, instead sell me glasses I didn”t need. the other pair side arms loosen quickly frames are of poor quality will never do business there again! You get what you pay for and these were crap!

Three times to get glasses that I could see with, a young lady selling and sizing bifocals, with no idea what shes was doing, and no one around her was helping. Four months later my 600.00 per of bifocals, are useless to me, I have to use reader on top of my glasses. And my lenses are starting to fog. My last set of glasses lasted for seven years

Went there for eye exam and glasses. Picked out frames and ordered. Sales person very unsure of himself. After I left, he called me to say he forgot to take a measurement and I needed to return. Got my glasses and decieded to add no glare. They said 7-10 days. On day 10, I call to see if they are in and told my frames were damaged at the lab in Texas. They have sent a new pair and to call back tomorrow for more information! Called and was told it would be early the next week even with a rush. On Thursday, day 20, I call and they “just” came in. Went to pick up and talked to manager to tell him of the lousy service and all he said was sorry, these things happen. Will never go there or recommend ANYONE there!!!
