Yes, I ordered a grandmother/granddaughter pendant necklace for my granddaughter way before Christmas and she has still not received it! The necklace has already been paid for, it wasn’t taken out my account! I would either like for her to get the necklace or I would like to get my money back! I don’t have these order number, but I have tried several times to contact the company but to no avail! The phone number they have listed does not work and they don’t answer my Emails!
