Update on this scam – today I spoke with several agencies after having filed complaints weeks ago. For those of you who have lost faith and believed that feldman and those like him would get away wth this. They will not. The agencies are actually working together to determine who is best suited to go after the culprits, since this is all about a loophole, they will have to plan the punishment and charges in a very coordinated manner. Keep in mind though that these agencies cannot work without your information. You need to complain and complain loud with details. Contact: The dept of real estate; the california bar; attorney general, orange county d.A. And the d.A. Where you live. Dept of consumer affairs; ftc, and even the fcc regarding clear channels insistence on running advertising that they know is fraudulent. – remember evidence is what will put a stop to this, and if you don”t do it for yourself, do it for the other victims.

This firm will tell clients that they can make loan modifications and also tell perspective clients that the loan modification can be done. One sale pitch is that the firm will tell you, in the case of America”s Servicing Center / Well”s Fargo Home Mortgage, that they have the CEO”s e-mail address and have caused personal embarassment to Well”s Fargo if they don”t get the modification for the perspective client. When the firm cannot deliver the principle attorney, Stephan Feldman, as know as attorney Feldmanse will call the client and recant statements made by the paralegals and other staff. Mr. Feldman will state that the conversations were recorded and that he listened to the recordings. A complaint has been filed with the California Bar Association and with the Better Business Bureau of Los Angeles. Upon being contacted by the Better Business Bureau Attorney Feldman contacted me and also e-mailed me leaving a harassing message. Attorney Feldman and his firm are under investigation by other agencies. Currently I am cooperating with authorities investigating this fradulent business practice.

The Feldman Law Center is still at it. Steven Feldman managed to escape the Bar Association because they are overwhelmed. He received a cease and desist from the NM Attorney General. The update now is he is pretending that he did not get served papers, even when they are professionally served. The Feldman Law Center is a complete rip off they will tell you what you want to hear in the begining. The sells rep we spoke to by the name of Jill ( be careful ) will tell you to send in the money and then they will assign you a attorney to work on your case. The first one that was assigned to us just up and quit we was told she doesn’t work there any more we was assigned a new attorney she wanted all the paper work we sent in the first time, we asked why when we did that already it’s been six months now and nothing has happened we spoke to a attorney in our area of Dallas, Tx and he said it’s should take nomore than 30 to 60 days and your done. becareful of this law firm and hope it helps you in making your decision don’t get ripped off like me and my wife did we are hard working god fearing citizens and don’t deserve to get ripped off like this.
