Tried 14 day trial of both finesse serum and hr cream. The site i purchased from did not state that my trial had to be cancelled with in 14 days. Charges show up on my statement 88.78 and 89.53. Very deceptive practice. Called cust service. Could not refund . This company does not guarantee or stand behind product
