The company (416 Ventrues LLC – also known as Folsom & Co.) promotes ads on social media (often Instagram and Facebook) and then they never email you or send you products. | As you know, often when you order clothing from a company, you immediatly get added to marketing emails so they can get you to order more – but Folsom and Co doesn’t ever email you – not to confirm your order or tell you it is delayed- no contact at all. Their goal is that you forget you ever ordered from that “free” ad. That way they keep the $12-$15 in shipping that they charged you. | If you used Paypal or Amazon Pay – you can submit a request for a refund. The company has an “F” rating on Better Business Beauru, but they have not slowed down on their social media. Buyer beware on this swimsuit, watch/ clothing company out of Palo Alto California. Owner is | Principal: Mr.Shella Hatol, Principal | They do not have a LinkedIn page… odd for a social media based company. | For my story… I submitted a request to Amazon for my money back after my emails to them were ignored and they had taken 6 weeks with no emails and no product.
