We signed a contract in June 2016 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,153 sq ft manufactured home, Model: A261-C2763A. The home was to be built for us and delivered last December. There were delays with permits and delivery. We spoke with them last in July they asked if we wanted A/C vents in the floor or ceiling – we selected floor. That was going to be another delay – but the home would be ready and delivered December 1 , 2017. We have been trying to reach them since November 1 – the phone rings and rings. No message, no answering service or option to leave a messaage. Their website is still up however the BBB says they are out of business. I would like to join any class action suit being filed.
