We purchased a brand new Viking tent trailer (model 2308) on March 30th, 2018 and were welcomed to the Freedom RV family. We finally took it on its first camping trip on Memorial day, on which we found a number of issues, including, but not close to limited to: • Refrigerator does not work on electric mode • Leaking faucet • Sink doesn’t drain well • Axles were leaking grease • Awning was not installed correctly • The door is partially broken, as was the outside storage compartment • The second time I opened it in our driveway, I also noticed the storage compartment was leaking and the bed no longer extended out. Remind you, this is a brand new unit, never used before. Considering the number of issues (not all listedWe attempted to return or exchange the unit, but were made a bunch of empty promises, coming back on them the day after. Freedom RV stated they’d never seen this many things wrong with a new unit, but are unwilling to provide us with a new unit Then they proceeded to lie to us and stated that there is no lemon law on RVs. | Find out for yourself at: www.atg.wa.gov/motor-home-lemon-law If this is how they treat family, I’d hate to see how they treat anyone else.
