Frontier Internet services kept stopping and it took hours to get it back working through their tech department. We shut off their services 1/14/20 and they still wanted to charge us for the whole month. They would not adjust the payment for the days usage for January. | Then they wanted to charge a $9.95 shut off fee above their exorbatant monthly fee of $91.00. I called to see if they could reduce the price and the customer service did not know of any promotions for our area. When I cancelled the service, they turned me over to someone who offered me a discount. Bad business. | I recomment no one use this service.
