ZERO STARS!! Customer service is TERRIBLE!! | FunTown RV promised us that we would have our RV back by May 23, 2017. Today is July 13, 2017 and despite my twice weekly calls, we have NO expectations of when we will get our RV back, and we have NO update on the status of the repairs. | Not only did we have to reconfigure our family vacation, but we STILL have to deal with the brain damage of an organization that can’t retain critical staff, train the new employees who replace those who quit, and never mind TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS. | My husband and I have been peaceful, pleading and straight forward, yet here we are: NO RV and NO TIMELINE FOR WHEN WE GET OUR RV BACK. | I am profoundly disappointed. I expected more from FunTown RV. Our experience has shown me that it is a disjointed organization where the leadership puts sales first rather than customers.
