I bought a Toro zero turn lawnmower from Home Depot in April. In early September it stopped working. I looked online and found this company to be an authorized service dealer. When I brought it in, I was told that it would be a three week wait. I called after three weeks and was told it would be ready in a few days and they would call me. I never received a call so I called back. This happened several times over the next week. Then they said it would be ready on two occasions since then. I have hooked up my trailer twice only to arrive and find out that it had not been looked at yet. After the fifth week and four phone calls in one day, they told me it would need a new motor and are waiting on the motor people to see if it is under warranty or not and will not give me any time frame for this.
