They say they can get a trip that is cheap for 7 days and 6 nights that includes your airfair and hotel room. When we called, we were told that we could travel from anywhere to Hawaii as long as it was not 7 days before or after a major holiday. We paid our money and activation fee. We got the booking quote and when the quote came back it was 7 times thh original quote becuase we were not flying out of a major hub, group surtax fee because there were 11 adults and 3 kids, Seasonal surcharges, Peak flying day surcharge, Flying over a weekend, Peak season, and added days to vacation. The quote we got for the kids doubled and they were even charging a 1 year old that can fly for free when on a parent’s lap. Then we were told that because we were booking the trip more than 90 days before departure that there was a surcharge. So I contacted my state Attorney General and gave them all the documentation I had kept. ALWAYS keep your documentation. Document your phone calls….Now they are paying me back!!!!!!!

Purchased a 5 day package for 940.00 next day i received a letter confirming paackage to vegas with travel except said | 3 day 2 night package with airfare for 2 adults. I cncelled within the allowed time 48 hours was promised that I can receive | refund except the fee of 140.00 processing fee, acccepted had e mail sent to me with all refund information, I had notorized as requested and returned to company 1/15/2016, was promied the refund of $800.00 as of today 3-15-16 still | no refund and no help what so ever! Now the company is hanging up on me no return phone calls and no answer about my refund!
