Company advertises, using pop-up ads on the internet. They indicate a free trial for the cost of shipping and handling, only. No monetary amount other than shipping and handling charge. After completing the order information and credit card information and submitting it, a separate email is received. It indicates that you are billed $0.00 for the product and $4.95 for shipping and handling. At the bottom of the page, in small print, it states that if you decide to keep the product, $78.00 will be billed to your credit card. The ad leads the customer to believe that they are paying only shipping and handling for a free trial product. However, what is actually purchased, is a free trial period with an inflated follow-up charge.
