Rude driver. Order completely wrong. Overcharged. Restaurant says grub hub at fault. Grub hub says restaurant at fault. We trying get in touch with grub hub. And restaurant and all we get is a run around. Decided turn in grub hub better business bureau. And we will call credit card company and cancel transaction. Also I will post in internet and websites about hiw bad service is. This has happen to us 4 times last 2 months. My plan is exposed what a terrible company grub hub is and how rude drivers are.

This website is just awful and doesn”t even compare to campusfood.com. First of all, it keeps on asking me where I am and there is no way to make a default location. If you give people the option to list more than one address, at least allow them to choose the default location. Second, why the hell would I want the restaurant with the highest delivery cost to pop up when I use the filter? Who the hell goes out of their way to list the most expensive delivery charges first when they want to order a meal? Third, having to scroll down a list of cuisines I want is just poor design when you can list most, if not all of them out. Fourth, the list of restaurants that you display is dwarfed by your huge ad for yourself. I would not be on this website if I did not know about it already. I visited the damn site to look at some restaurants and order some food, not to look at a huge green arrow surrounded by useless white space. This site is just disappointing and any of the improvements from campusfood.com are just overshadowed by the lack of attention they put in to designing this site.

Today I ordered from victory soul food, located on warren avenue in detroit, they never delivered my order… The total was $27.52. The money has been taken off my card, and I would like a refund please. Jack jordan 8539 terry st., detroit, michigan 48228… Thank you. It was at 11:18pm that I placed the order and scheduled for delivery by 12:15… Still no order. Thanks in advance for looking into this matter.

Today, at 4:01, I placed and order through GrubHub for P.F. Chang’s in Columbia, MD. At 4:10, it said it was delivered. It was not, obviously, since it’s at least a 15 minute drive from the restaraunt to my house. I contacted their customer service and they said they “couldn’t get ahold of the delivery driver” and refunded my money (in 5 to 10 days). Later, when I realized the impossibility of any delivery, I contacted them again, and they didn’t seem to care that it was a fraudulent transaction. I got my money back and that’s all that should matter. Nope. So here I am. What a scam.

Unfortunately, I experienced a rude behavior from your company. I placed my ordered and ask to deliver it to my daughter’s house. I was at work and couldn’t pick up the phone when they called me, even though I wrote one more number there (my daughter said that no one called her). Of course, I called back and the driver was rude and didn’t listen to me. Eventually, he just hung up on me… Bad and frustrating.

very difucult foe firt time customer. put credit cars in multiple times. had to call customer servixe had to set up account passwords disn’t work. wheni finally got log in ( which i should not have to do) few places in area. i had to call customer swrvice set up was difficult, very unfriendly service, as a firt btime customer, i was turned off by thee dificulty of seting up an account. I put in credir card info multiple times, didn’t knoe i eeded an accoumt Had to call.

We ordered from a local restaurant at 8:00 p.m. Our order has yet to be picked up much less delivered. I called the restaurant and asked them to pull our order and put it off aside so my husband could go pick it up. The worst part is that my grandmother who has just had knee replacement surgery and has been waiting for her food for over 2 hours now??????

We ordered Indian food from the same restaurant in Eastvale using your driver. He never texted regarding his targeted delivery time as 3 past drivers have, but attempted to call. We receive constant unwanted robo calls, so we didn’t answer his call. We received a text from grub hub saying he couldn’t locate our address and he was leaving in 8 minutes. So my wife and I stood out in front of our house for 15 minutes looking for a lost driver. We have had three other deliveries from this same restaurant we no problems. We were finally able to contact this driver who said he would not return to our house because he was out of the area. He said we needed to contact grub hub customer service, so we did. They said the driver did everything he had to do and refused to reimburse us our money, only $24. But they offered us 50% off our next order. What a joke. The lazing driver probably never got out of the car.

We ordered today 10pm. We have been waiting for 2 hours. We call the restaurant, they already prepare the food, and wait for the drivers. Grubhub keeps delaying our order and texting us the food is coming. Finally we talk to customer service. At first, Grubhub said they did not assign any drivers. Then they cancel our food, and told us the food is not ready. When we mentioned we asked restaurant and the food is ready, they end our chat window. Terrible company.

Yesterday I order through the app and was told that the restaurant was preparing my order. I waited the hour it was supposed to take and then called the restaurant myself to check on it. No one picked up, they were obviously closed. I chatted on the app and asked why it would say that the restaurant got my order and was preparing it and how its been way over an hour and now we wouldn’t be able to get lunch. Instead of at the very least offering a coupon, the rep just wrote back, sorry we will refund and then left the chat without giving me a chance to respond.

This evening I ordered from grubhub from Willies restaurant. One hour and 15 minutes later [protected] called to say the restaurant could not complete order. I ordered from BJ’s through grubhub then, but also called the Willies manager, Chris, who said they were not busy and often had this problem with grubhub. My order from BJ’s arrived incomplete because the driver gave part of my order to another party. Amanda, the manager at BJ’s offfered to remake that part of the order and SHE called grubhub but they refused to go to get the missing order item and refused a refund. I then called grubhub customer service and spoke to Mora, then Victor then Emily. Emily told me it was there policy not to send a driver back even though it was driver error and the ITEM would be refunded ‘as soon as your banking institution processes’. She said grubhub cound not refund the order itself. So I have sent a complaint to the BBB forum for San Antonio and will be reveiwing on YELP. And of course will NOT be doing business with grubhub again. Who would with that kind of service? And dismal customer service policies for bad service? I will be more than vocal sharing my opinion of grubhub with my friends and coworkers.

This complaint is about customer service dept. ..around 12 20 pm I made a second call in regard to a refund that was not made as of today’s date. To be refunded back on my card . The person who i was directed to was suppose to be a supervisor .He got upset because he did not know what he was talking about and was trying to tell me anything .I already spoke to cashstar who stated what grubhub needed to do ..He then states they no longer want to work with me.You will not traet people any kind of way because your comprehension skills are horrible and you have absolutely no business in a customer service base business. He needs to be fired..It is more to this story..How about everyone stop using grubhub and use other companies that hires trained, people that know how to listen, people person, individuals and not adult babies still drinking milk from a bottle..This is ridiculous. .Because you can’t understand dont take it out on the customer. .Get off the phone and get someone else. . simple
