Therapy sessions include goal development and taking steps toward healthy life choices, which leads to living happier, more productive lives. It is my privilege to walk with you on this journey of self awareness and growth.I believe improving communication skills decreases conflict and behavior problems. As the mother of a large family, I have great understanding of positive parenting, child development and family dynamics including multi-generational relationships. I am a cancer survivor with actual experience confronting issues that illness brings to individuals and families.We will utilize a 10-step program of wellness to help making healthy life choices easy. This includes taking care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. My passion is to guide clients to develop feelings of positive health & reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
