We ordered 3 cords of firewood on September 8th. We have called weekly since then, asking where our wood is. The secretary keeps saying “We are a couple weeks out on deliveries, I’ll have the guys call you.” | Guess what? THEY NEVER CALL and THEY NEVER DELIVER. | It is almost November. It is getting cold. It is very cold at night. And now we are scrambling to find firewood, which is scarce this time of year, because we waited on Irish Tree Service to deliver. | They won’t return our calls and won’t deliver our wood and I am very upset. Winter is right around the corner and we are left in a lurch. | Although this complaint is about firewood delivery, I would not use this company for their landscaping or tree removal either because who knows when or if they will ever show up? They certainly won’t call you back or maintain any lines of communication with you.
