Same thing happened to me – ordered on Jan.29, 2016, emailed Feb.29th and they said they were understaffed and had large amounts of orders, they said it was guaranteed to ship March 1st, I emailed again April 13th, no response, then again May 1st, no response. As above, my payment of & 036;48.50 was taken at the time of the order. And I never received the products. So now I’m looking to find a way to get my money back…if anyone has any ideas please let me know!

Ordered product from website on january 29th, 2016, payment of 48,50& 036; was taken immediately, i emailed the company 3 times between feb.29th and may 1st, 2016, they only replied once claiming understaffing and flooding of orders. I still have not received the product, it’s been 3 months. Shipping is announced on the web site as being at most 1-2 weeks. The shipping information provided shows that the usps only received information that a package was coming but never received the actual package.
