Yeah, I got burned too: I went to appointment and found out hair today gone tomorrow had up and gone… If you call HTGT phone number you will get Signature Group — which claims they have no affliation with HTGT (funny I don’t let perfect strangers answer my phone). My advice: 1 call your credit card company and immediatly file a complaint (dispute) if you bought a package any time recently. 2 file with the attorney general office (in IL= Lisa Madigan) 3. file with BBB Don’t go to any company recommended by Signature Group. It is obvious this group has major connections to HTGT and to go to a new company recommended by them would be to give more money to the theives who just stole your money. You know what goes around comes around — HTGT will pay.

This company sold packages for thousands of dollars for a sequence of laser hair removal treatments. The company went out of business within days and disconnected all contact numbers. Clients are now wondering if they will get money back for treatments that never occurred.
