Paid $440 for two heating panels on September 25, 2013, today 10th October, 2013, the panels did not arrive. They gave a FedEx tracking number, but this is all. Want to call them only an answering machine. Wrote them an email, but nothing regarding the shipment. Paid through Paypal.. I demand Complete refund. Stay away
