This guy Steven is RIP OFF. i rented from him for 2 yrs never being lat on my rent i I recorded and taking pictures of the place before I moved in gave him a copy. also the place was filthy. before I move in I cleaned it up and kept it clean. I reported things to get fixed onlyto never having a get fixed. when people move out of his apartment there is no cleaning with the exception of a guy with a 5 gallon bucket of water a broom and a month as there was no electric or water in the place he was cleaning. I moved out with a 30 day notice and then he doesn’t want to give me my deposit back also trying to charge me another $500 for things that were already damaged. I’m glad I kept all of my pictures and records and receipts every time I go to pay my rent he is. Always on the phone arguing with someone about rent or a owner about their money he is a shamster!!! I do not recomend this realator to noone he is sure to run your property down
