I booked a stay at a resort through this online company in September, 2018. The reservation was for 3 nights in May of 2019. My credit card was charged, then the reservation was abruptly cancelled, and I was offered a ‘voucher’ instead of a refund. Have not heard from them since, but have seen many bad reviews and complaints online. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, and contacted my credit card provider. | I believe this company is fraudulent, has scammed lots of other people, and probably will never refund my money. Do not book through Hotel Quickly!
